Cancellations Made Simple

Standard Orders:

You may cancel your order at any time before we begin preparing it. Once preparation has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

Deliveries Outside Al Ain:

For orders scheduled outside Al Ain, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
